when did a NO JUNK MAIL sign on the letterbox exempt Brisbane News, Dominos and the local paper?

You have to be more specific. Brisbane News is technically a news publication, and most people see "junk mail" as being primarily advertising material.

We used to use "No Advertising Material" on our letter box once, along with "No Unaddressed Mail". We didn't get a lot of junk mail, though someone did put a muesli bar in there once.

doesn't make much sense to me when our previous No JUNK MAIL sign prevented even Brisbane News access to our letter box. i think we may have one of those annoying droppers, considering the Dominos junk that was in there the other day....

though someone did put a muesli bar in there once.
maybe the thought your letter box looked like it needed some nutrition. isn't that initially the purpose of junk mail anyway?

When you deliver Brisbane News and local papers you get a bollocking if you don't put them in letterboxes with "No Junk Mail" signs, and you often have to deliver other junk mail in the papers, you're supposed to fold it into the paper but sometimes people don't bother or they get an additional pile of crap after they've folded all the pepers for the week so they just put it through loose.
It's a shit job.

How the hell did they get to your letterbox? They have mountain goats dropping now?
