not 30minutes after i made the call about the guy hosing the street, than they send someone out and have a blether to him!

i hope he gets fined! there is evidence ALL AROUND HIM!

interestingly enough, the guy then came up to my front door and asked me if it were us who made the complaint. i said no, citing i was busy in the laundry, or looking after bas. he then complained about being fined, and with his working overseas he didn't know the laws...ppffff i say!

it is all rather amusing
