oh fuck!
i have a phone interview for a call centre job tomorrow morning. i have time to prepare, which is fine, i'm sure i can do it (prepare that is).
thing is, i told them i'd worked in a call centre when in fact I haven't. i was a TELEMARKETER. for a SMALL NEWSPAPER. there were 5 of us!
egads. now i've got to prepare to tell them stories about when i was selling and al my customer service work and everything. are the referring to JUST my call centre 'experience' or are they referring to ALL my customer service experience? aah!!
can i use the door to door experiences and make them sound like it happened on the phone?
oh. fuck.
i've never pretended to be something i'm not when applying for a job. this is incredibly new territory here!
