Right, I have FINALLY successfully burned all of Act one of Treasure Island onto disc. They are sitting all nice an snug in their casings waiting for the arrival of Act two, which will probably arrive sometime tomorrow. The second disc is building and it will take me 10 hours to burn all of the discs for Act two. Unfortunately I wasn't able to add the extra little features I wanted to (I couldn't figure out how), so they'll have to remain un-extrafied.
I am at the stage of the project where I couldn't give a stuff if it doesn't look the way I wanted it to look. All the issues I've had trying to get this thing finished has simply broken my perfection bones. They'll heal, I know that, but right now they lie in a shattered pile of imperfection I'm just not in the mood to clean up or fix. So much work has gone into this project, and I'll be glad to have it completed and out of my way, then I can distribute it to all those who requested it and not worry about it again (unless I lose sanity and decide to watch it of my own volition).
I must admit though, there was a brief moment where I considered giving myself a little bit more work to do by sorting out the songs and creating a soundtrack cd to go with it, but thankfully I decided it was a bloody horrendous idea and didn't bother. I do not need to give myself any more added stresses....
Sometime this week I should be able to go back to pretending I have a life and return to studying Nerd.
